He has his first contact with graphic design through "Escuela de Artes y Oficios" (Arts and Trades School) in La Coruña. Doing an internship in a local editorial company he found his true vocation: media editing.
He starts in such company where he first learnt computer-assisted image editing.
Computer graphics, layout and image processing were the skills he most developed in this period.
After two years working he starts a new project participating in the design and creation of a daily sport newspaper: MetaSport. Maybe one of the most interesting projects he did and the first one in which he took part as the responsible for the design and publication.
After a year and half he joint the personnel at La Voz de Galicia. He initially starts working editing the preprint for the newspaper where he continues developing projects on computer graphics, layout and image processing and he starts exploring other areas such as illustration, publishing projects in several supplements but always within the newspaper La Voz de Galicia.
In this year (1999) his new passion, Internet, starts as his natural evolution of his love for computers and the digital editing. It happens in 2000 when he has the opportunity to participate in the digital version of La Voz de Galicia, to join both passions, the graphic design and the Internet. At the beginning he starts with the applications of his work as a designer; graphic design and code editing. While such project is moving forward, his interests and knowledge direct toward the new necessities of the design, the use of web sites, the accessibility and the positioning of search engines.
Nowadays he is still developing his digital editing skills at La Voz de Galicia and he is responsible for the design at Canal Voz, company for digital content within Grupo Voz.
