Graduate in Media Studies at the University Complutense in Madrid.
He joins La Voz de Galicia in 1989. He is the head of the supplement department of this newspaper since 2000. Author of the book "A nova fronteira: unha historia do Deportivo" (Xerais, 1994). He won the Antonio Mompeón Prize in 2003 for the coordination with Luis Ventoso of the magazine "Ola Negra y Los heroes del 13-N" about the Prestige catastrophe.
