Blanco Valdés, Roberto L.Professor of Constitutional Law
Professor of Constitutional Law at the University of Santiago, where he earnt his doctorate in 1987 with distinction. He is professor and lecturer and also author of more than ten books.
Besides his academic activities, he has an active essayistic and journalistic labour, as political analyst of La Voz de Galicia and won 2001 the 47th Juan Fernández Latorre Prize.
Nowadays he belongs to the patronage of the Santiago Rey Fernández- Latorre Foundation.
