He was the Co-author of the preliminary drafts of Ley de Marcas (Brand Law) and Ley General de la Publicidad (General Advertising Law). Director of several doctoral and degree theses and Collaborator at the World Copyright Organization.
Member of the Scientific Board at the Institute of Industrial Law in Santiago de Compostela (Saint James of Compostela), the Administrative Committee at the Commercial Auto control Association and at the Board of the University Institute of European Studies Salvador de Madariaga.
